Two parts, because the problem has two halves

1. The device

A rechargeable roller that removes the built-up dead skin. Comes with two heads — a coarser one already fitted, and a finer one for after. Used on dry skin, a few minutes at a time.

2. The cream

A sealed tube of 20% urea cream. This is the part that keeps the skin shedding on its own, so the build-up does not simply return.

Dead skin is the evidence, not the problem

Skin sheds dead cells on its own. That process runs on water, held in place by something called the skin’s Natural Moisturizing Factor. Urea is one of its main parts.

Grind first. On dry skin — not wet, not just out of the shower. Start with the coarser head. A few minutes. Do it over a towel or a hard floor: it makes dust, and you will want to sweep after. Takes a minute. Switch to the finer head to smooth the surface.
Then the cream. Once the built-up layer is gone, work the urea cream in. Nightly at first, then a few times a week.
Keep going. Stop using the cream and the dryness comes back, and so does the build-up. This is a system, not a cure. That is why the cream is in the box and not sold as an extra.

Urea on a thick, built-up layer barely gets through. That is why creams on their own have probably disappointed you before. Grind first. Then cream. The order is the point.

Urea creams can have a faint smell when first applied. It fades within minutes. We are not going to tell you it smells like nothing.

Why $97 when a pumice stone is $5?

Because a pumice stone does one of the two jobs. This is the complete system — the device and the 20% urea cream together. One deluxe pedicure with the callus work runs $60–$100, and you are back in the chair in a few weeks. This you buy once.

Will the build-up come back?

Not if you keep using the cream. Stop, and the dryness returns and the build-up follows. That is honest, and it is why the cream is included rather than sold separately.

Is this different from urea creams I can buy on their own?

Same active idea, different order of operations. Urea has to get through the built-up layer to do anything. Take that layer off first and the cream has something to work with.

Does it hurt?

Is it messy?
